the first video the guy is from laghman so he originally pashtun i guess and the girl got angry because this guy is very stupid and always acts as somekind of failed actor.
she probably wanted to speak pashto with the caller and the guy probably got angry and pressed the button which made her loose it.

about the second video,the guy says he wants her to sing after the break and leave the stage to the programe makers but she jokingly says no she wants to sing right now.

I dont understand farsi, but it seems as though the caller was hung up on by the guy and the girl is basically speaking up and says this is roghshand(a joke) and he is not taking it as a serious show, she is basically telling him to man up and stop being like a little kid. The guy just stands there and cant really defend his actions. The show is too short and the characters are unknown to me to make a judgement call about racism.
