I have to look up that saying, but if Heart of Asia is a common term in Afgh.
then that makes lots of sense.
The saying itself shows that the entire Asia is
waiting for peace in Afghanistan;
without that peace Asia is anxious, nervous, ill at ease because
what happens in Afghanistan will determine many other things
for the whole area.
That is the sense of the poetic slogan.
