the idea is to make them become immune to such things and that only happens once/if they are exposed to such environments. there are far more evil things and characters out there who can influence the youth. these characters have the right to do what they are doing. similarly you have the right to not listen to such music. but to limit your child or sibling from their right to decide something on their own is raising them mentally handicapped. you don't get to decide for them if they have or not in them the ability of self preservation. you give them the chance to prove that to themselves and you by allowing them a glimpse of the real world outside.

its better that children are not even exposed to such trash in the first place, not to expose them to moral diseases and then hope that they are immune to the effects. the same way u probably wouldnt want to expose ur kids to heroin and cross ur fingers that they dont get addicted. just because these lady gaga types have the legal "right" to make whorlandish mental diarrhea queer music doesn't make it legitimate.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Ones not influence by their surrounding? Do you live in Pleasentville? If one is raised in a high crime neighborhood he has a higher risk of being a criminal. If one is raised in the Burbs, he has a higher chance of not being a criminal.

u seem like the type that would be a fan, go ahead and pick up some morning after pills and a crack pipe while ur at it.

or just get those tubes tied to spare us another gaga fan in the future.

No I never said wrap them up in cotton wool and keep them under wraps completely you can't do that, when I say guidance I mean they have to learn right from wrong. I used to listen to 50 cent eminem, the lot and thats 2 years of my life I'll never get back. Some things in islam are prohibited for a reason. Yes your right, just because you listen to a certain artist it doesn't mean you are them. Children are at such an age where they are learning and developing quickly. I don't see why they should have to contend with this rubbish in the first place. A couple hundred years back there was none of this mujra rubbish. Why is it that islam tells women to cover themselves, why is it that islam tells us to lower our gaze. There are many hidden benefits in them. Kids are exposed to this rubbish at such an early age that they end up doing irresponsible things. Please pardon me for my rudeness, but in my high school they teach about sex education and they LITERALLY show a woman strip herself naked on tv and they MADE the kids watch it. I had to go through these lessons and believe me I hated every second of it. Then they teach kids about putting condoms on, I mean what the £$%*"£$% is that about. Is it any wonder why the UK has such a high teenage pregnancy rate?

By what you've written, would you let your daughter have a boyfriend and let her make the "mistake" of going intimate with him and shes left with a scar for life? Then she realises and lives her life full of regret. Of course a child comes to a certain age when he/she can't be guided by the parents anymore but until that time they must be taught.

I used to get into such arguments with my parents over small things where they wouldn't let me out with friends and always lectured me. It turns out those friends that wanted me to go join them and chill on the streets, are alcoholics and weed smokers now. Whereas with me alhumdulillah all these things were avoided. I was scared to do anything wrong out of fear of what my dad would do to me. Now I can't thank them enough for this.

i only ever watched 2 mins of a music clip of lady? gaga. that was enough. with these mainstream artists and cult figures it is like a competition as to who can do the freakiest and most socially unacceptable pranks. boriiinnggg.
so they are just trying way too hard and being stoopid and pretending to themselves that this is liberation.
isn't gaga the one promoting ice cream made from mothers milk?? p.l.e.a.s.e.........

Lol at the idea of people listening to music depending on the physical appearance of an artist. O heavenly beauty sent from above... Wash my brain for this pitiful pinch is all that i have.

Discarding someones talent because of their physical apperance indicates the shallowness of ones taste and character. To watch some dumb**** be pretty is one thing and listening to one speak other.
fix the way you see things first before you blame the 'entertainment world' for being the way it is.
