  • Offensive Signatures/Avatars/Quotes

Though we argue a lot about politics and indeed some end up insulting each other's nations as an outcome, yet, there should be a limit set up. Just today I noticed that one particular member had a signature where a neighbouring country's flag was set on fire, and I am wondering whether that's healthy at all for this forum? I would like to request that member to please stay/be (?) mature and put a more appropriate signature on. Moreover, I would like to ask members whether an offensive signature/avatar/quote should be allowed by any member at all in this forum?

^ As I said, there is a limit to everything. In a thread, fine, comment however/whatever you want to because there is a 'report' button to report your post and your opinions are more than welcome. But I am sure there are many Pakistanis surfing through this site, especially Pukhtoons, who will freak out by seeing such avatars/signatures and would rather stay away from a forum where his country (doesn't matter how evil it is) is being ridiculed. I myself have argued pretty much all the time with Pakistanis against Pakistan because of which I am known here as the Pak-hater, but threads for me are enough to express my opinion/concern/points/etcetera. Hate a government, dislike a particular type of person, but burning flags......?

Like, does it even sound mature?

what is the point of welcoming everyone to our forum if we plan on posting pictures of their flags burning down and then expecting them to respect us and not be rude to us in return??
there is nothing patriotic about someone who condemns the war and killings of the innocent in his own country but goes around and disrespects others for beings pakistanies, iranies, arabs or americans as if they were not even human beings.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

One thing must be very clear, you must treat others the way you want to be treated by them. Many nations have killed millions of each other still an enemy of today is a friend of tomorrow. Pakistan might have committed mistakes and it may be even committing those mistakes right now again and again but what if there is Pakistan without mistakes. The conflict arises between us on this one single point, many want Pakistan vanished and I want the mistakes vanished.

I have respect for each and everyone's point of view and yes there should be a limit .. Else we should write here that those who don't agree with this particular agenda should not join in as there is no room for such people.

Mistakes? Shahbaza, instead of defending the war criminals, you should be criticizing them and they should be brought to trial and punished so those "mistakes" as you call them don't happen in the future. If you want pakistan to survive and succeed, then it has to be a Pakistan of Justice, it can not be a pakistan that is a menace to its people and its neighbors.

That is an arrogant statement. You act as though people outside don't deserve equality and justice.

But there is no justice within the boundaries or outside it. The feudal system that your leaders rule with enslaves its inhabitants and in order to keep that power from collapsing, they are menacing its neighbors. You know that the unjust can not last long and eventually fall. The only reason Pakistan has lasted so long is because it reflects the peoples anger from itself(which is the real cause of the anger) to India, but that can only last for so long.

Even today it bombs innocents Pashtun villages and tells its people that they are Indian agents. How long before your eyes open up and see clearly that this India thing is just an excuse and the longer you keep your eyes closed, the longer innocent Pakistani's misery lasts.

                            these people are utterly ignorant
they think we have accepted durrand line, and these phutans such as shebaz are nothing less than punjabi uncle toms.
he even defends altaf hussein and MQM against pukhtane.
so he is one of those sellouts who will blame his mother if she is raped by napak army.
