Political leaders like Qazi Husain Ahmed, Gen. Hameed Gul and many others were present. Their demand was that an educational degree should be a prerequisite for a candidate. My suggestion was :

Add on the "Vote List" along with the names of candidates that "you vote for none of the candidates." If the "Vote for no candidate" has more votes, all the candidates in that riding must be disqualified and new candidates should come forward. In this way corrupt and unqualified candidates may be peacefully eliminated. (Later on I published an article on this topic in an American Political magazine but with no encouraging response from the academics too).

All the leaders, first they looked at me with furious eyes and then they quickly changed the topic as they had not heard me.

By telling this story, I mean you should give a chance to PF members who don't want to vote for any one of these four scoundrels.

Why do you compel us to lose our right to vote?

these are all the candidates and its a war time, give us a break.

I fixed Obamas spelling for you.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

your suggestion can be used in a situation such as you mentioned.
here you have the candidates and they represent parties involved in the situation.you feel non of these candidates represent you? Than you may be in a different economic and security situation than what people in Afghanistan.

so lets waite when there is security and than you can present your idea to the people.

since the theme is bad leaders, how about santa sayyaf?

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

the theme is not bad leaders but the available ones and the ones who are relevant.
