I don't find them immature. You're fine as you are. Sure, I agree though, everyone's interests and priorities are different, and what I hope to acheive or get out of a PF log in experience may be different to yours, thus the difference in our responses.

dervaish, i recently saw a man being interviewed and he said the first computer he used was as big as the room they were sitting in (for the interview) and how little it could do. amazing when you look at them now.
i had a good role model for aging, my father. he kept up with all the latest information, very political but even enjoyed the lastest music.

The one I mentioned was later model available for public teaching.
I have seen one in a government statistical department, it was like a actory and around 25 to 30 girls were sitting in line punching cards. The original computer was housed in a three story building.

Keep up on the footsteps of your father. That is the way to enjoy life in real sense.

I don't agree with your last sentence that "manual work was more brain storming". You can't say that 50 mile travel by foot was fun and good exercise. Manual work was hard, boring, time consuming and with minimal productivity. We must be thankful for all the new inventions. These are gifts from Allah. We have been told in the Quraan "یؤ مِنُونَ باِلغَیبِ" What new things will come in the future, we don't know but we must believe that more knowledge will be revealed to mankind.

As evident from your nik you are full of poison and I don’t expect your mouth can bring out any good thing except “ZAHAR”. Any man having a little brain in his head can easily understand that I was in “GUP SHUP” mood only and you went further in a futile discussion. Still I don’t know why.
Allah says in the Holy Qur’an “IDFA BILLATI HEA AHSAN………dafa krha haghi badi khabarey pa hagha khabara chi kha wi”.
