what if your wife or fiancee demands education and refuse just to be a housewife?

nowadays a man is not able to provide for his family. what is wrong to receive a help from your wife?

I am not against education, nor against her choosing something she likes. Its man's fault if he is intentionally letting his wiife work. she is his responsibility and he should treat and protect her like a kid. women are not made to bear harshness of outside world. things are balanced when man works outside and women inside managing household etc.

                  .

Everybody and they mamas belong in da kitchen

Women belong in the kitchen? Nanet belongs in the kitchen

                    looool jk

I think both men and women should know how to cook. If your wife falls sick or is pregnant and tired (especially if she works as well) than are you going to order pizza every time she isnt able to cook?

But at the same time, I think men and women were created differently so our roles should be kind of different too. For example, I cant imagine making my husband do the laundry and iron the clothes etc. Or me shoveling the driveway..

Men and women are biologically different having different morphology but except hormonal system they are physiologically almost the same. Women and men are also different aesthetically as women is beauty while man is handsomeness. For me the perfect and ideal human being is woman not man.

However functions wise men and women are exactly the same. Here what matters is nurture not nature. In big hotels and restaurants we see usually the cooks are men. It means man can cook by nature but needs nurture. Similarly if raised and trained woman can become a jet pilot, a wrestler, a truck driver, a president, a prime minister as we practically see many women in these positions. What matters is person not gender.

Pashtuns have generally this bad concept that women are only for kor(house) or gor(grave). They use women only in kitchen or bedroom.

Then how do you explain the evolution of sexual dimorphism? Why did it evolve that way?

Good observation about sexual dimorphism. However as I earlier said there are aesthetical, morphological and hormonal differences between men and women. Differences can be genotypic or a phenotypic. Sexual dimorphism is basically phenotypic and the difference in behavior depends on hormonal differences.

But sexual dimorphism is not at all an obstacle in the performance of duties of men and women. Men can exactly do what woman can and the same the other way round. Work, job, duty, performance , obligations etc do not depend on differences of sex or gender but on education, training, nurture, preparation, environment, family, institution etc

You're just explaining what is or rather your understanding what is; you're not explaining why it is or more importantly HOW it is. Why did sexual dimorphism evolve the way it did and how did it get there in our species?

Here we are talking about the role of women and men particularly in cooking. My point is that sexual dimorphism is not an obstacle in the way of a woman that she cannot perform a particular task like managing an office and not only cooking in a kitchen.

The topic of discussion is not sexual dimorphism that what is it, how it is or why it is. What is important that sexual dimorphism doe sexist but is not a hindrance for men that they are unable to cook in a kitchen because of sexual dimorphism. If you want to know the how, why of this natural phenomenon, just Google it please. Its not a Biology class.

Well I'm asking you a question, maybe by addressing this question we can have a greater understanding of the roles of men and women. So instead of trying to avoid the question. Give some sort of relevant response to it.

So I'm going to re-state my question; if you avoid answering for a third time then it means you have something to hide or you're afraid of answering because you find the answer would interfere with your beliefs.

Why did sexual dimorphism evolve the way it did and how did it get there in our species?
