I been to court, i got an explanation, they said sorry to me, my appeal documents were accepted by the ECM, they told my wife to re-submit her passport when they knew they have it etc.its all messed up lol but she has got her passport and hopefully in few weeks time she will be with me and little maseeds will be produced lol haha

I applied for my husband and it took him a year to get his visa,
Alhamdulilah
I got it done through an attorney cause no one in my family had gone through it and i didnt want to make a mistake which would have cost me more time..
It took them 3 months tho to issue him the visa because of administrative processing which almost everyone from teh middle east has to go through now.
