This topic is so pointless, I'm sorry. What do you expect us to wear during the cold winters? Walk around with shalwar kamees and freeze into icecubeS? They're not exactly practical in certain situations. I love shalwar kamees and the people who keep saying that they're modest, okay great, they ARE and you know what I love them. I think its the girls right to decide what she wants to wear, be it islamic or unislamic because we are all going to get judged for our intentions and our own doings..with that being said, wearing or not wearing jeans shouldn't be an issue..People tend to be too judgemental, but forget that it isn't our place to judge..it is no man's place to judge that power rests with Allah Almighty and him alone..There are girls who wear hijabs jalbabs and still end up in the clubs by nightfall, and at the same time there are girls who dont wear a hijab wear jeans and have more self respect and better virtues.. So really from an islamic point of view as long as your covered up properly i dont see what the issues with jeans is ?..

I can't believe the guys and some girls here think girls wear jeans to impress guys. Where did you guys get this idea from. In my family my sister, cousins and i wear jeans and i dont think so we wear it to impress guys. It has never come to my mind when wearing jeans to impress a guy. Yes if you wear jeans and with a short shirt then i accept guys to stare at the butt. But wearing a long shirt to knees is fine with jeans and your butt doesnt show either.

i just make thicker afghan clothes good loose shalwar wear legging under the thick shalwar keeps me warm fine, plus the day the jeans come into this house my brothers and father will just loose it lol its traditional clothes in our house
