True but not a lot ---you can say many. But then there were many other Pashtuns that fought against British Raj as well---you don't have a single example where Punjabis offered any resistance not even peaceful political resistance to invaders and occupiers including British and others before British.

Punjabis fought like donkeys for British during WWI and WWII but you don't hear of any thing about them because they fought only as mercenaries whereas all stories of heroism are those of their masters the White man's only.

Punjabis are morally the weakest people among all the Subcontinental lot more interested in money-making than in noble causes. When did they stand for any high moral cause like liberty, freedom, dignity, democracy, etc.?

Although, Sikhs represent the noblest Punjabi specimen which Muslaman Punjabis make fun of for the same reasons that they stand for moral causes.

shut up, squinty. Speak when you are spoken to.
We know who thinks what of us. We don't need you clarifying things for us or getting your dirty work done by us. This is the problem with you people. You don't have the guts to fight your own fights so you get us to do it for you.
If and when we want to settle down something with someone, it will be our own decision. Not when you manipulate us or try to kill two birds with one stone. Just because some idiots choose to fall for your bait doesn't mean a few others don't have their eyes on the likes of you and your actions.
Keep your ass out of our business.

you shut up you little girl.

          now listen.

You don't have the guts to fight your own fights so you get us to do it for you.
1- We are already fighting, we are already in rebellion. We don't need pashtuns nor we HAVE any pashtuns who are fighting with us. Only baloch are fighting, no pashtun is fighting.

We don't need you clarifying things for us or getting your dirty work done by us.
2- I do need to clarify it since 23 million pashtuns are patriotic pakistanis now. So I do need to clarify it because majority of them lick panjabi ass, including you. And majority of them are brainwashed, including you.

          SO shut.

If and when we want to settle down something with someone, it will be our own decision. Not when you manipulate us or try to kill two birds with one stone.
3- Lol? They are making fun of pashtusn in LIVE television and look at the way you are backing them up.

Just because some idiots choose to fall for your bait doesn't mean a few others don't have their eyes on the likes of you and your actions.
I'm trying to open their eyes. You are the bait. Look at what they are saying about pashtuns on television. You are that kind of beghairat pashtun who will join in the conversation with panjabis in the televiosion and crack jokes about your own people. I'm sure you will do that. Because you are apprenty defending them and calling those who oppse Panjabis to be bait. Pathetic.

Keep your ass out of our business..[/
They made fun of Bengalis, they made fun of Baloch, they made fun of Mujahirs, they made fun of Pashtuns. They will make fun of your mom and dad tomorrow and i'm sure you will laugh like a beghairat with them.

I wont keep my ass out your business, what you gonan do huh ?

          brainless, spineless idiot.

          I pity you.

if you consider whining in a forum day after day about being called names or being insulted by Pakistan an achievement then you are right, I am spineless in that sense because I don't see the point of constantly repeating what is obvious over and over to the point where some might consider puking at my sight. ( yours in this case as it happens to be.. Since your spine is sooo obvious in its existence) anyhow, what am I going to do?? I am going to wipe my nose because it running and not bother with reading the rest of your post.
And I am old enough to be your grandma. Don't "little girl" me.

Also, probably there are historical reasons for their jealousy with Pukhtuns who played the role of a bully in the Sub-continent along with other groups e.g. Turks, Persians, etc. Notwithstanding their negative talk about Pukhtuns and the current crippled conditions, they are in awe of Pukhtuns.

The difference in Pukhtuns and Punjabis is that, Pukhtuns being an extremely resilient race has fallen from grace again and again but has risen again and again as well. Punjabis on the other hand have seen their first rise in history and if fallen are highly unlikely to rise again.
What !?! Punjabi people are came to India in 500 BC, and therefore have been where they are for like 2500 years , before Punjabis, there were still their Aryan cousins from Brahmin/Rajput clans who came, a few hundred years before.

Before any Aryans came via Sindh , Pakistan was inhabitant by the very advance race of people of Mohenjo Daro, who had established a civilization. Aryans came and f'd them over, and to this day, the people of Harrapa people have never risen, ever again...... the Brahui people are Aryans that are thought to aquire the ancient dialect of Harrapa and the South Indians or low caste Indians, hence dravidians are probably descendants of Harrapa.

Um this guy is a comedian and regularly makes fun of punjabis, and almost everyone else for that matter.

You guys need to just laugh and not take these sort of comedy shows seriously.

At the end of the day, the guy is just a comedian and a nobody really.

                          It mostly is.

Technically it is. It's a race now. There are panjabi tribes/clans. Panjabis are indic stock. comming from India (sikh counterparts).

Saying that Panjabis and persians, pashtuns, kurds, etc are same race is blasphemy and inferiority complex. where are you getting your information from (ThebookoftheSikhs?)

I am not saying that tribes of Punjab are the same as anyone, but they do have their different origins.

And again Punjabi is not a homogeneous race.

Tribes of the Bar[edit source | editbeta]

The Bar region was inhabited by a number of pastoral tribes that went by the common name Jat.
Starting with the Lower Chenab colony, the British administration in the 19th century began a process of large scale canal building, which ultimately resulted in the loss of the pastoral lands that had belonged to the tribes.[1]

they might be different groups, but that does not mean they are not related. the groups like jatts/gujars may have come from outside originally, but today they have totally mixed in to the local gene pool, you can hardly tell all these punjabi groups apart
