1. This is normal behaviour by Punjabis and they do this with Bengalis too, perhaps even more with us. I can tell you a few stories.

The difference however is they have pain and hurt from the fact that we humiliated and defeated them. In fact they view us as so inferior that they can't accept that we defeated them and say "India" did.

2. In life when you mock and ridicule people like this as the TV presenter did it will come back to you as Allah humiliates those who are arrogant. He tells us of staying away from this in Suratul Hujjurat.

Less than 10 years ago on Pakistani/Punjabi forums they used to talk about how under Musharraf was a great guy, the economy was fantastic, one of the best in Asia, how they were a nuclear power and believe it or not even war scenarios between America and Pakistan, and how they would win.

I am referring to forum.pakistanidefence.com in particular. This forum was very anti-Bengali and they would insult and mock Bengalis. They would laugh and say how Bangladesh would be flooded:

Read the arrogance, and pride (this was all before 2007 when TTP violence exploded), one guy even speaks of nuking Bangladesh and another guy called Yousafzai says "Good riddance!!!" (this is just one example of why I don't like Pathans e.g. Punjabized "Pashtuns").

On that same forum one of their moderators openly spoke of how Bangladeshis should have been genocided even more to retain east Pakistan, when a white Canadian replies with shock how he can say such a thing, he shows no remorse.

This guy is the notorious Mirpuri Punjabi called "Platinum786", a true *******.

Basically, Punjabis are a morally weak people with low self-esteem---Their current rise to power is due to subservience to British and recruitment in British Raj army in large numbers especially during WWII that later facilitated their domination of the state. Also, probably there are historical reasons for their jealousy with Pukhtuns who played the role of a bully in the Sub-continent along with other groups e.g. Turks, Persians, etc. Notwithstanding their negative talk about Pukhtuns and the current crippled conditions, they are in awe of Pukhtuns.

The difference in Pukhtuns and Punjabis is that, Pukhtuns being an extremely resilient race has fallen from grace again and again but has risen again and again as well. Punjabis on the other hand have seen their first rise in history and if fallen are highly unlikely to rise again.
