Sorry why I thought pula did not make sense was that if he was a Waziri fighter then his area of a border/or even a border in general in that region is called "sarhad"
Its like the official term... for instance like when int he US we say the Canadian American "Border" (sarhaad) versus the word "borderland" (pula)
