Brother (I call you that because I think you said you are Muslim not atheist and I am nobody to judge who is Muslim or who is not (those I have called Kafirs here call themselves that) I never tell this to people I do not know. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saws) said that we should be humble. But believe me, Sayyid families are highly respected in the Arab world, also very much in Iraq, but they have a more important position in Shia Islam for obvious reasons.

I am glad that we could have an normal discussion despite different views on atheism and secularism.
