saw a doco where this village in africa, feed their wild but pet crocodiles, chickens. i had one close encounter with a saltwater croc. i was fishing at a creek, in the dark and started to feel a bit spooked, so went back to camp. next night was shining torch to try to see a croc, as one of my aboriginal friends had seen croc prints on the beach and we were leaving the next day. man, there was a croc about 7ft long, right where i had been sitting fishing, the night before. he stood up and ran and dived into the creek. pheeewwwww.......was glad we were leaving. we'd been there a couple of weeks not far from it.
