Does all ethnic live together or in separate parts?
Mostly the live in the same places together with each other. And the normal people no matter to which ever ethnic group they belong have got no problem with a person of another ethnic group.

Is it a clean place?
Depends, like many areas are clean but slums are also there.
Where you live rich area or poor?
You can call it poor if you keep the rich area in mind, but still a poor can't afford the area I am living in
