I'm the assistant manager/supervisor and believe me you dont want to be a manager. Managing people is hard. People are hard. My manager is making me do a disciplinary over a girl's performance but the girl is really difficult, she kicks off and everything. He was supposed to do it weeks ago and then says to me today that I have to do hers next week while he's off. And then he laughed. So I'd trade with you any day!
