I know for a fact that Afghan Taliban do not do this. They were in fact a response to this. It is well known that US/Pak has been doing these things. Pak did this in Bangladesh. To this day, no one can make a claim against Afghan Taliban. The leadership executed people for even the smallest infraction. These guys are mad in this regard. No toleration at all. That is one of the major reasons people accepted them.
