take a good history and examination then choose tests as required... true could have been an PE but wld have likely seen ECG changes such as tachycardia and decreased saturations... as for pressure like I said I am driven... not many medics in my family... my mums cousin is a GI surgeon in Leicester, my cousin is a pharmacist, his wife is a GP, another realitive a Dr and me... most are accountants!
