Yeah, I've really deliberated on that issue quite a bit. I came to the conclusion that I would defend anyone, even if I knew they had committed a crime, but I'd probably never prosecute anyone. The thought of sending an innocent man to jail, or worse would weight heavier on my conscience than letting a guilty man off the hook. But that is just my opinion on it.
