The Mahsud/Maseed maybe close to Wazir but there are many differences. Maseed/Mahsud came from Logar and took over lands that were originally inhabited by the Wazirs, take Badar for example, that was a 99 percent Wazir region, Mahsuds/Maseed came from the mountains and hills of Afghanistan/Logar, Ghazni and fought them and took them over, and this happened two centuries ago.
