Salaam. I'd recommend using GiGi-All Purpose Honee wax. Use their waxing strips as well. It works really well and it gets all of the hair out. I'm not sure about their microwave products, but their other products are alright as well. The All Purpose Honee just really gets the job done. Hope this helps.
