Pot roast, succulent tender beef and a lovely shorwa. Lewaneya ... Karachi is about 1 hour 40 mins flight time from Abu Dhabi. It takes me just as long to drive to Dubai or Al Ain from here and I'm out of town many/most weekends and sometimes during the week. And I drive back.
Point is, you're invited. I'm doing the bachelor thing at the moment and my apartment on the 16th floor needs weekend occupants.
Today my place was used to host a dawat. All the guests were from Logar, Ghazni and Khost. We had lovely rice and shorwa. Very simple, but very nice. You were missed.
