Luffy,
Indians respect the principal of "unity in diversity". India's history is rife with examples when outsiders took advantages of local wars between Indian princes to invade India. We have learnt it the hard way that though we might have differences amongst ourselves but to the outsiders we present a united face.

Each Indian respects other sub-nationalities within India, and never seeks to dominate or usurps the right of others. There are 29 official languages in India.

If Punjabi Elite had followed the same principal, than Pakistan wouldn't be in the sad state that it is today.
