Anyway ... turns out, all these writing "skills" of mine are worthless! :S I decided not to do that scholarship I told you about ('cause Ireland doesn't have a well-developed Islamic Studies program yet, so I'd just be wasting my time there when I could get something better here in the U.S.), but I'm doing a couple of others. And they're also asking for personal statements, and I've been staring at the screen the last few hours and I keep writing and keep erasing every line I write!!!!!!!!
