lol. when we say Pakha pateer. we kandaharis say it in a way as in you are being to chalak or getting to ahead of yourself or trying to be smart. as in your acting to smart for your age.

so if you are 10 years old and trying to learn algebra, a kandahari would say, "Da ajaba pakha pateera da"

We usually say it for the ladies though, when a 8 year is old trying to cook Biryani and trying to act all grown we call them pakha pateer.
