Oh ok because in this book he is basically saying that bar a few things Pashtuns have their interests inter-twined with Pakistan and the pashtun policy makers are present. He talks about how the likes of ANP also played to the pakistani politics with it suited their purpose and ultimately Pakistan is a good deal for them (not to mention that major chunk of bureaucracy and army are Pashtuns)
