The epileptic? oh yea she survived.... the fit was as a result of her normal meds not being prescribed... well internal medicine like any other field is all abt triel and error... you lean the basics in medical school but as you get more clinical exposure you learn more... if your really stuck you call your seniors! but its all part of the learning curve
