another gem from the world of surgeons... i was doing my surgical rotation whn a lady had an epileptic fit.... it lasted 5 mins... registra was there so I said shldnt she be reviewed? His plan refer 2 medical reg! LOL i mean come on! I said I will try and handle it 1st while med reg comes so I gave her a STAT dose of sodium valporate and lorazapam , she was known AF and was fibriliating fast post seizure (no surprise there) so I digitilised her with Dogoxin! see keep things simple!
