Walaikum Salam Tor Khana, so far, I have worked on the School's Prospectus, Appointment Agreement, wrote Job Descriptions for both the principal and teachers. Implemented Cycle Meetings (every one and half month) where all teachers participate and discuss progress. Furthermore, we implemented Pir Rokhan's suggested points under a program called "Hunt for Talent" and organized a Mushaira where only students participated. One of the poems, I will soon share it on PF. If interested, then I'd need your email to send you all those things, but I'll warn, don't expect much. The school did very well in the Board Exams, 17 out of 25 secured A-1 Grade and all the rest A, but we have a long way to go.
