It sucks, really. My nephew now asks the smartest questions ever, and I feel SO dumb in front of him :S The kid is 7 years old! He started doing this when he turned, I think, 3 or 4. I almost always have to tell him, "We'll research that when we are online next time, k?" Sometimes it never happens, lol.
