I don't know of anyone killing anyone just because he or she thinks he or she is an apostate.
And it is a lie often told by the media that muslims make children to do suicide attacks.
They also tell that muslims do suicide attacks while hiding in the womens all covering burqa.
Those are lies people spread because they are fighting a war and they would do anything to make their opponents look bad.
Besides, you should bare one thing in mind. Any individual muslim can do anything that he deems right. That does not mean he is acting upon some Islamic writ or whatever.
Suppose I go and beat up my neighbor because he plays loud and annoying music and I say that I do so in accordance to my religion. Would that mean anything to you if you find out that there is no law or ruling in islamic shari'ah tellping people to do such a thing? No!
