The Afghan intelligentsia hates Pakistan.
The average Afghan is skeptical about Pakistan to say the very least.

There's a reason why any government in Kabul is a threat to Pakistan... it's common sense. Isn't that why Pakistan pursued its failed "strategic depth" Afghan policy?
