    Pashto:

Hagha khalag achey zmosh da community sara der komak ka yey, oh der da community kholgo sara komak ka yey, hagha ba member of the week kezhey.

    English:

Each user that I feel has contributed the MOST to the forums in a specific month will be our member of the week.

    Pashto:

User of the week ta singa choose ka ya?
Member of the Hafta pa posts bandey his fark nakayey, sta da post pa quality bandey ara larey. Ka dey der namey postona wa, oh zmosh da community user-an sta posts kwash wa, no bya shayad ta member of the week say.

    English:

How do I choose member of the week?

Member of the week has nothing to do with your posts, its what you have taught or contributed to our community. Posting 5,000 times does not necessarily mean you will be member of the week, although if all 5,000 is of quality, It might perhaps raise your chance.

This recent addition of features, In my opinion is the best way to give importance to those users who are striving in building this community.

Everyone has an equal chance of being member of the week, Favoritism will not be tolerated AT ALL.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

You may also nominate a member that you think has contributed a lot.

Like I said, its an equal chance and opportunity.

I always wanted the Forum names to be in Pashto, It was my idea for the longest, however I did not have a Pashto keyboard etc.

So how did I end up having the forums written in Pashto? Long story short, Tor_Khan typed them up for me. Its appreciation is shown.

There is a probability of me missing out on certain posts, If you think a certain member is doing a terrific job, PM it to me.

              .
There was a thread by Nazia about how to type in Pushto.

              Really helpful

thats how I started typing in Pushto.

              Check it out:

Learn and understand the Pashto language and its many dialects by referring to many well documented guides and conversations produced by forum members.
