Suggestion

We got and had many people from other ethnicities/nationalities in this forum. Some left, and some are still here. We have also learned a lot from them, and we have also shown them things from our perspective as well.
So from my point of view, wouldn't it be great if we had some sections dedicated to particular ethnicities/nationalities. This way, not only would it attract people from other groups, but also live up the forum a bit more.
- We will understand how other ethnicities/nationalities view Pashtuns
- We will understand more about world issues
- We will spread our viewpoint to people who otherwise will never see things through our perspective

Good idea but pakistanis are called porkis still....I dont ve problem with people pointing out mistakes of govts or elites etc...or some misguided muslims or pakistanis...But i do have problem when every pakistani is called porki and they are generalised for evety wrong doing ...not to mention largest pashtun community lives in there.

Anyone who insults, are in the wrong. Especially insults directed against ethnicity. This is also the reason I suggest to give sections to other groups, so we attract people from that particular group. This way they can point out their view, and we ours.

Thanks...i had many members of various ethnicities on other forums which i forbade from coming here seeing the bad attitude and name calling going on here.Some did lurk but left.I ll see...name calling is still here.

people blame and criticize pakistani authorities and establishment.
Calling names to ordinary citizens is not right.
Action will be taken for abusive words.

I would suggest the following.

1. South Asia forum (already created).
2. Americas - for N and S America.
3. Europe (for the whole of Europe including Russia).
4. Middle east and Africa.
5. Asia - for the rest of Asia.

Aside from the state and geography, Russians are a white European Slavic race, the Russian language is Slavic and related to Polish, Czech etc.

So a Russian in Siberia may be closer to Japan than Ukraine, but culturally, ethnically, linguistically he has much more to do with Ukraine.

This is why Australia which is in the east of the planet is called part of the "west" as it's people are mainly white European-origin of Christian heritage.

Good suggestion.

I was thinking of opening a thread here about the inconsistencies and lies spread about Pashtuns over the internet. Being a lurker on many forums, especially anthro ones, there has been a lot of misinformation spread by indians users of that forum on how afghans are related to south asians and such. Obviously this isn't true and this can be misleading to lurkers on any website who want to learn about Pashtuns.

I say forget this idea.

Why? Because there's no point. People from yet ethnicities other than Indians will not come to this site. Instead, I say everyone create an account on other forums and stop people( not only South Asians, but dumb euros, arrogant Arabs, gayranis) from spreading their bull**** opinions. I got banned on the apricity like a month ago for dismissing some troll who made an entire thread which prolonged for more than 40 threads about Pashtuns being South Asian in denial, I had one ugly ****ing Kurd tell me that afghans pass in west Asia in small numbers. I had them saying we are South Asians culturally genetically. Absolute pisstake.

Knowledge isn't something that can be measured. One learns the opinion of others regarding certain subjects, which in return one form his own opinion regarding that subject. All that changes and forms your view regarding the world. This is why it is important to learn as much, and also to know what other peoples opinion is.
