    Dear admin,

I am very glad that PF has advanced into a largest Pashtun forum. It is all because of your great leadership and hardwork of great members like shlombay who has invited large number of pashtuns to this forum from different sites.

With such large traffic, there comes a huge pressure to monitor the discussions. So far you and tor khan are handling the forum in very professional manner and you two have taken care of my all reported posts that were worthy to be reported.

But i am very disappointed from the female staff. So far they have not noticed any of the post that i have reported through out my career on this forum. Qrratugai, mazhala and guley are great members of these forum but they are not sincerley doing their job.

Mazhala and guley are very neutral persons but i think they dont follow political discussions where most of the e-fights occur. Also i think they are very busy in their real life. Females are not that much indulged in politics and by nature they are very soft.

Qrratugai is a total flop as moderator . She is a good debator and she handles discussions in very professional way but she seems to be not so much intereseted in her role as moderator.

So i think we need a new male moderator so that the burden on you and tor khan can be shared.

I have think a lot about responsible male members suitable for moderatorship. I suggest for,

    Leavanay Zalmay

    Khushal khan khattak

    Shlombay

Although I'm more deserving of being an administrator, I lower my standards and gladly accept the compromised post of moderator.

                Kind regards.

                    Assalamu'alaykum Luffy,

I hope this finds you in the best state of health.

First things first, I want you to know that I have no intentions of discouraging you from formulating ideas and suggestions for our forum, nor am I offended, at your statements about my inactivity (recently), by what you have requested, rather, I appreciate and commend your honest approach. Secondly, although I can see the post is intended at Admin Khan, I decided to reply, to clarify some misconceptions, and instead of the bulk replies I usually give, I’ll break down my response as per your requests and suggestions.

                    · I extend my sincere apologies to you for your disappointment in the female staff (of which I am part of) and their (in your view) inactivity you believe should be improved and to an extent, replaced. As far as personal lives are concerned, yes, I agree, everyone has different priorities, and at times, those priorities are the result of failure in another responsibility (as is for the staff here, nothing more, nothing less). On my own part, I wholeheartedly agree, I have not been able to attend to reported posts or requests or even log in for that matter, as my family and I have been relocating (moving houses) and needn’t I say that it requires a lot of time and sacrifice (yes, unfortunately, PF in this instance). As a result, my internet connection is taking a while to get set up, but I assure you, as soon as it does, your every request and suggestion will be attended to, to ensure your satisfaction in this community.

                    · Another issue you bring our attention to is the fact that you have little experience with a female moderator attending to your reported posts or requests. I think the answer to that is not inactivity, rather, quite simple too, the fact that, before a member is contacted in regards to their complaint, a discussion at the admin level does take place and a decision is made as to who contacts who in regards to such and such matter. And quite frequently, as it should be, Islamically and culturally, the males and females are dealt with accordingly. I often find myself handing things over to a male moderator for my own reasons (that is usually after a few attempts of contacting the member in question). Also, needless to say, we’re all in different time zones, and thus, not all of us can be online at the same time.

                    · In saying that, I want to remind you, that neither am I discouraging you from making such suggestions, nor am I offended by your approach in regards to the female staff. You are more than welcome to bring to our attention what you feel needs some scissor work, and where we can, when we can, we will, InshaAllah, work towards rectifying the matters in question.

                    · A final note: my intentions are not to disappoint.

Khudai dhay da pukhtano mashar kawa aoo kashar kawa ma! My opinion is if you have a strong character you don't need moderators or admins, deal with what you are not happy about (ignoring is one of those ways).
We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.

If I agree with you we w'd both be wrong.

Be good, If you can't be good be lucky

To be honest.. we indeed need a new moderator
a person who is good in html editing and other stuff

we dont need a person as moderator who wil be there just to edit, delete a post or check the reported stuff, we need a person who will have better ideas for the future of PF..

I cant say i have the qualities but let me tell you guys that i was admin/moderator in many afghan websites including mastforum, afghanage, afghania and etc.

I am tired of being admin/moderator so i thank luffy and yousufzai pakhton for chosing me as the new moderator but right now I am not willing to be a moderator. I want to spend lil bit time as a normal user with having no responsibilities
I am out of the list for the next few months
