Moderators and Admin: Nuetrality

    Moderators and Admin: Nuetrality

    I do not know how my this thread will be taken here. There is a lot of difference of standards.

    I judge moderators/Admin in this way:

    Admin Khan - Very kind man, alert, true administrator and neutral
    Mahzala - a very nice and really neutral lady
    Khaney - not have a clear idea about her. My excuse!
    Tor_Khan - Nice man, takes quick action of reports of any kind; but i do not think him 100% neutral (in issues of Pakistan and Afghanistan)
    Qrratugai - a stylish lady but same case as above, not 100% nuetral.

    Conclusion: There is lack of power distribution at PF

    My Suggestion: There must be at least 1 pakistani patriotic Pashtun as Moderator, so there would be equality of Power among the two.

    Hope to get good response!

    However, mods try to deal fairly with everything. Everone's thoughts are taken into consideration.

        LOL....patriotic Pakistan dont exist these days....even when u speak to punjabis, so its funny u keep repeating this word Pakistan patriotic pashtun...just say patriotic pakistani....why u adding pashtun to it?

          All 4 are neutral when it comes to applying the rules.

          2 staff members are from Afghanistan and 3 are from Pakistan. The staff being patriotic or not should not be a factor since we are all trying to enforce the rules. Tor_Khan loving Pakistan or Qrratugai hating Pakistan should not have any effect on how He/She moderates.

          Son of Mountains nearly everytime you have reported a post, I have taken care of it right? No one is being ignored and my job is to make sure everyone here is respected.

          So if anyone reads anything offensive PM me or report the post.

                        What does this forum mean?

                        It is pashtunforums, which mean all people need one thing in common which is Pashtun causes and patriotism, not for Pakistan USA or any one else. When it comes to pakistan then members will see if pakistan is anyway anywhere useful or harmful for Pashtun causes. Pakistans role will be discussed in this context. Same way we will discuss Arabs, americans europeans etc how they behave pashtuns.

                        Therefore tomorrow someone can ask, as we curse Arabs due to their much interference, so one moderator should me Arabs, one should be Americans, one should be europeans and one should be Iranian.

                        Therefore brother Son of Mountains, Allah de Khoshala lara.

                        Criticise, point out all the members whenever you feel it is against your point of view, but brotherly, as our common cause is the interests of pashtuns, not of Pakistan or anyone else.
