Dostum sought apology for his past and he is the recognized leader of Uzbeks. In democracy you need some strategy and tactics otherwise you are fit to be a political scientist but not a politician.

In a country like afghanistan you can not ignore these warlords.
Dostum might be an evil person but he has the support of 9% uzbiks.
DoSTUM APOLOGIZED for his crimes .
Uzbiks and pashtuns never been threat to eachothers.
