Um my city is in a state of emergency for flooding... They've apparently been evacuating people for a while now but I just found out about it... hmm.. What to do? What to do?

The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

over 100000 houses have been evacuated and they are running out of water already. thank God we live so far away from the river. i was going to joke about tossing the electronics in to the cellar, grabbing a box of baklava and walking my cat to the mall but i wont.
