Lately I search hard to look for a relevant thread to pashtun, instead I am finding more threads showing how to download movies, watch tv series and PK cricket and general beaching rather than issues hitting the broader spectrum of this forum; the pashtun, the current afflictions of pashtun, pashtun history, pashtun culture, pashtun politics in AF and PK, islam, erudite debates by pashtuns and PF members, PF members sharing views.

bro maybe this how meant to be! Look every time you with relatives or friends you talk like you Mir Wais neka and he Ahmad shah baba? that's because people here don't understand what difference of opinion means. As soon as you say something slightly different, they get on your case like a bunch of vultures. There is only so much you can do to refute them. It becomes tiring. I have decided that I will not be wasting as much of my time in the company of such people anymore. I came here to become better not worse than I already was.
I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

I guess you are right, this is the nature of 'free will' and 'democratic process' and 'freedom of whatever' . . . .Originally posted by RichPashtun View Postbro maybe this how meant to be! Look every time you with relatives or friends you talk like you Mir Wais neka and he Ahmad shah baba

There is only so much you can do to refute them give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves, or they will go to the PSP to resume play with their multiple friends. It becomes tiring. Listening Someone's Point Of Veiw
We should not be disappointed, there are various sections in the forums which are helpful and educative for daily life. Problems start when there is a difference of opinion and people us keyboard as AK47, we should have courage to listen arguments and should disagree in a peaceful manner rather than yelling.
However hujra and political section is becoming boring and i have noticed it is very difficult for a Pakhtun if he wants to defend Pakistan.فرزانہ بہ گفتارم دیوانہ بہ کردارم

^You guys may have missed the comment (in Pashto) that I left Feroz Afridi Saab. My reasons for being here are many, and complex, but the thing that really draws me to 'my own' is their potential, their love of their language and customs and their spirit of generosity. I am not always 'on' the forum to join in with every thread - that would be mundane and the truth is I have a genuine busy life away from some of the frivolity that gets passed here around from time to time.
The thing that disappoints me most with our usership is the lack of manners and tolerance of some and their blind belief of their own righteousness. That sort don't come close to my definition of decent, let alone decent Pashtun.
Confused 'western' kids struggling to hold on to their heritage are one thing. Confused 'Pashtun' kids who think they can solve Afghanistan's problems or Pakistan's problems with their limited political and religious knowledge after having read a few articles on the internet, really get on my nerves. It is that sort that have strangulated this forum at times.
We need 'quality' posters willing to weather a few rough rides, not bored ill-informed teenagers with little else to do with their laptops.

i'm bored, and somewhat "ill-informed" so i came to PF to learn about things. it was great for a long time, but for the past few months we can't deny it's been on a downhill. i would say there is only a very few amount of informative threads that are worth reading now-a-days. not that i've tried to fix that or anything.... there nothing i can do about it anyways lolOriginally posted by tor_khan View Post^You guys may have missed the comment (in Pashto) that I left Feroz Afridi Saab.
