I was just reporting a ****ty post and then i stopped as i thought why should i report it as chances are that it might not be taken seriously, the post will not be deleted...in response Most probably the staff would say that they are busy people, they can not check each and every post blah blah blah. But My reply would be "There are four moderators, none of them are active and those are selected who are nicest as persons but have zero percent administrative capabilities...why staff select such mods? As show piece? e.g darveshkhel is a great contributor and non-controvertial figure but has shown zero percent activity as moderator, same was case with shamaar. Esapxai also never show any activity as a moderator..only shayesta was ideal moderator though unfortunately she is unactive nowadays...Respected staff search for members like shayesta and make them mods, if they dont show interest in moderatorship, quickly replace them. Because things are getting out of hands, teen trolling is at peak.
1- A serious and interesting topic of discussion is ruined by meaningless one liners e.g cut the crap, stop BSing, get the life etc . Such oneliners should be deleted by staff even if they are not reported..and on style of defence.pk a message should be left that the post of XYZ is deleted by ABC..the deletion of entire inflict greater trauma to that poster, it would discourage his habit.
2- Once capable and efficient staff is selected, no personal attack against staff should be tolerated.
3- No personal attacks against athiests and pakistani members should be tolerated...
4- PF should decide its official policy. It should be clear to us that whether this is an afghanistan based, pashtunistan based or pakistan based forum...all the time when i was banned, it was for insulting afghanistan ..but i have also insulted pakistan, neither i got banned for it nor i recieved any infraction for it. If forexample it is decided that is an afghanistan forum then any post which is against afghanistan, should be deleted.
I have spent precious time in writing this, khudiya ta ogoro ma seniority lehaz wako awo ta post de delete nako.
