  • (Disregard, Decided to stay)

I have been observing the debate of Kandahar being the better or worse throughout several posts for the past few days.I have had it, if we Pashtuns can't get along on a damn forum how do u expect to unite and rise back from your current fallen state. It is us Pashtuns who are responsible for the wrath, misery and partiality more than any foreign source.Keep on fighting within and you will soon be extincted as a nation/ethnicity.

FOR BEING A KANDAHRI MYSELF, let me put this clear to all you out there:
Kandahar was not and is not the CAPITAL of Pashto language or Pashtuns. It remained a capitol of governance through the reigns of Hotakis and Ahmed Shah Baba which does NOT constitute for its superiority over other Pashtun regions.

If this is the conduct of the so called "educated" ones, Allah knows how much garb do we have in those living in the mountains.

if you wont fight back, how will u gain something?
Your friend is not my friend, it means maybe some dont like qandahar and some do.
many hate pashtoons (qandahar, herat, ghazni, zabul, kabul etc),but we should never mind it because everyone got their own opinions .

Pa domra wado wado khabaro ma khafa kaiga.. what happens if someone says something against qandahar... I wil never mind if someone says bad about Ghazni.. I know my place is the best ":D oh better than kabul

btw leme remind you that real pashtoons come from Qandahar The real pashto is also spoken by qandariz.. we ghazni, logar, paktia, paktika, herat and other provinces adopted pashto from Qandahar

Wrora I totally agree, we shouldn't fight and all this argument is pointless and doesn't get anywhere. But at the same time we have sooo much going for this forum kana, the pakhto learning, the diversity and religious section. Ignore the trouble that goes on wrora..its true we do need to unite and insha allah over time we will realise that..you leaving isn't going to help rather it will make things worse!

So you feel that people here are Anti-Kandahar? What's your point? Your leaving the board cause people don't agree with you or something? Did you read something inappropriate somewhere? Did you report it?
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Admin Khana i could care the least bit if ppl bash Kandahar on this forum, i am certainly not Kandahar centric though i am a Kandahari myself.
I am against the fellow Kandaharis, degrading other Pashtuns or their regions.I will not go into specifics or name calling but honestly such discussions and preference ignites hatred amongst Pashtuns and those with a bit sense shouldn't be a part of it.

What a joke, arrayyy. Dude, if you have a problem witha member just contact someone from the staff everytime I've ontacted Tor khan or admin khan they took care of it.

this thread is a very pathetic move. I don't know if you were trying to beg for attention or something but seriously?

look at Ozymandias he debates with all kind of people. you never see him threatening to leave. but when someone disagrees with a Noorzai you want to leave?

pa mosh kandahariano ki dagha sey da kushnyano shaan ma baab kawa.

you got to be joking me seriously. This is the most loving and caring forum I've ever been to. it's actually the only place where I have seen both pashtuns and NON Pashtuns united.
not only Pashtuns but non Pashtuns here as well repping the Pashtun name. Muslimah is the perfect example. James is the perfect example.

bakhshana ghwarama if I sound harsh to yi but angaar spread the truth.

if someone hear says Kandahar is bad then I leave the board? even the member of the week is kandahari!! not eeryone will agree with you. I don't even know your views since you was a newbie.

however I still thank you for ur contributions. I hope you stay if you don't. PF still wishes you best of luck wrora.
First of all i haven't been a part of any such discussion, neither has someone agreed or disagreed with me on a certain topic.I have used the word "OBSERVED" if you might trouble to read which means i have been seeing ppl indulging in favoritism.

Noorzai! brother! will you feel better if you listen a few words from a Pekhawaray Khattak, and being Khushal Baba's grandson no less

Brother, I love Qandahar dearly, my grandmother always used to say, Qandahara da garhay haar, meaning, even though we are from Mardan, even the Afghans there know that Qandahar is the Jewel Necklace of the Afghans.

I have expressed my love for Qandahar so many times. I believe, it is like our mother city.

Why are you so angry and sad mara???

Khattak Saheb, i am not thriving for anyone to admire Kandahar.I appreciate your input and i do have great respect for Khushall Khan Baba.

I object a few Kandaharis on this forum representing Kandahar in a negative manner giving it preference over other parts of Pashtun land be it Afghanistan or Pashtunkhwa.

Can I just say - the ones living in those mountains are much more wiser than the ones who like to portray themselves as intellectuals.

p.s I agree all human beings are equal no one is better than the other except in piety.
O'faithful hearken thy vezir, for he promises them another Gandamak and for the ancestors of Hari Nalwa a similar fate has been sealed. We shall shake the foundations of their inner sanctums, written in gold and immortal will remain this endeavor of Afghans.
