I don't always look in this section but I saw this thread title so I thought to check to see what it was about.

Perfect that you and your entire Church are praying for Afghans. It's the most crucial time.
I was praying this morning that the US military offensives in Kandahar [South of Afghanistan, nice city, doesn't deserve being demolished] & elsewhere will be abruptly canceled and countless lives saved.

Keep a Brown Scapular around because the devil is behind the entire operation in Afghanistan and Pakistan too, the awful drone attacks that the US did not even have the decency to stop after the floods. They cruelly resumed them.

So if you pray to stop the devil, the devil MAY try to get you back.
Best weapon is the Brown Scapular.
Guaranteed to ward off demons of all types!

Thank you all for the nice welcome. I am from Florida. From looking around I am a little surprised to see Hindu, agnostic and atheists here. I thought all Pashtuns are Muslim. Anyway nice to meet you all I must go get started on dinner and make sure my kids are doing their school work. Peace.

and most here in pashtoon land think, americans are all bush loving rightwing, evangelical fundamentalist. LOL
Any way, we do have a surplus of religion, I guess some more wont hurt. As they say in pashto "those drenched dont have to fear getting wet" (dha loondhoo ba sa loodha shi)

Well if the american's kill every one, who will the taliban kill. Hence, the 'friendly remark'. (sarcasm)
I think you guys are just tired of killing, sent these americans our way in pakhtunkhwa, we can offer a lot of cannon fodder that will quench any appetide and in the process decrease our palatability for consumation by others - notably the taliban and other islamists. I know its wishfull thinking, but hey what else is left for us to do.
