how are we supposed to identify a person just by looking at his picture and that too in private message. we don't have that magic skills. you should post his picture here, his dressing may be give us some clue.

Why not post it publicly? i think its kind of rude using someones picture without their notice and posting it online unless he has let you.

We had a similar problem here when a user used another user's picture without permission and got banned for it.
