Hi guys, I am a Dawar Pashtun, although I was born in Peshawar and can only speak the Pekhawari dialect. I speak Pashto fluently though I cant read Pashto. I am a Pashtun nationalist and believe in Pashtun uinification. I am also a Black nationalist and I believe in the cooperation of all Asians, Africans and Indigenous Americans aswell as some European peoples who did not take part in or support European colonialism.

Pashto is just Pashto. Forget about accents. I am also a Pashtun nationalist. Had few Dawar friends in school. Have been to Tank.Pashttun nationalism also entails into Pashto nationalism. Plz learn reading and writing of Pashto which is the problem of almost every Pakistani Pashtun.

reading pashto is never a problem, its seems like it does at first. almost one month ago i was not able to write or read pashto خو نن زه پشتو ليکې شم او ويل يی شم. Welcome to PF.

Thank you, I will try to do my best to learn how to read and write Pashto. The reason I mentioned the dialect thing is because whenever I am with other Dawars (my dads family) they always speak in the Dawari dialect and I cannot understand a word. They can speak the Pekhawari dialect aswell but they are very proud and insist on me learning the Dawari dialect instead.

I'm sorry I cant read or write Pashto, I truly am, but I have spent practically my whole life in the west and was raised there. My parents never once tried to teach me how to read or write Pashto and even sent me to "Urdu clubs" to try to make me learn the language of "my people" and even insisted on me reading and writing urdu. Hell, I even asked my grandparents to teach me how to read and write Pashto but since I only saw them once a year i quickly forgot what they taught me.

i would like to do the gen test but unfortunately its too expensive for me

its just an excuse! im not even pashtun or muslim and tried to learn pashto but unfortunately i had no time so my pashto is very bad now

Pashtuns/Aryans, Chinese, Negroes etc etc have their own special descents.

You see, Semitic races arab/jews are one. But then we have Chinese race, Turk-Mongol race. Aryan/Iranian race. varieties of Negroes races, Slavic races, Germanic races, aboriginal with clear and different genetic code.

If we were so close we would look a lot similar. But Arab/Jews looks nothing like pure Pashtuns/Iranian races. Yes we have old rape victims who are mix raced, but poor souls, its not their fault arabs or mongol-turks were savages and raped innocent women.

PS you may even be half Russian because Germans and Russians raped each other during ww2.

I never heard in our history or foreign history that Pashtun armies raped women savagely in our conquest time.

In Pashto Linguistics,the term Dawarh dialect does not exist. Only we have hard dialect i.e. as in Peshawar and Jalalabad and soft dialect i.e. as in Kandahar or Quetta or Bannu . Rest are accents.
Pashtun nationalists must talk of Pashto as a unit and let the Linguists go into the nuances.
As in Pakistan Pashto does not have an official status,thats why Writing and Reading of Pashto is always neglected.
