New here and have questions

Hi all. I'm a writer/artist and I'm writing a short story based in northern Afghanistan. I really want to make sure it's accurate and representative of what the people and culture are like there. Not knowing any Afghan people personally I looked online for help. That's when I came across this forum. Can someone help me with some questions? Thanks in advance.
