I am familiar with the story yes. That being said i came to this forum in the interest of learning more about a culture that has become very dear to me. I know that when people from different cultures share it is possible for unintentional offense or insult to occur. That being said. For those of us, and I'm sure you can understand... That survived the collapse of the former Yugoslavia and were affected by the genocide that happened there. It is supremely painful for anyone to mention the serbians in a way that would even suggest that I am Serbian which I am not. Actually right now there is a trial in the Netherlands in Hague where the Serbian general responsible for the massacre of 10000 good peaceful Muslims in a small town in 1995 . The soldiers said the lives they took were a gift. It was a really bad time for us and I lost my parents in that. I've been a traveler ever since. I can't say what was done to the afghan with any assuredness and i dont know who did it but i know that as far as I believe I would never hurt one of my brothers or sisters. It is not my nature unless someone tries to hurt me. Then that's a different story
