Salam. I am a pashtun Indian of Rohila tribe. We are a tribe amongst Pathans who originated from Kandahar. We are over 5 million in population and we live in India and Karachi. the majority of karachi are urdu speakers. and they are of pathan origin from kandahar. I am very happy to be here. I can only speak urdu but I am trying to learn the pashto so I can gain my culture again/

i am a proud indian nd i also take great pride in my roots from kandahar which is a historical city respected by all indians since it has a mention in indian holy scripture mahabartha as gandahar.

i think rohela is not a tribe, the rohilkand empire was founded by yusufzais(who believe to be the original inhibitants of kandahar), the important role was played by najib khan( najibbudaula) originally from swat. and hafiz rahmat khan.
