    Salamooona dostano,

    Having attachment with virtual world since 2001, saw this community today during surfing. 1st of all thanks to the admins for making this beautiful Pashtun community. This is not only an interaction place but of course a home of knowledge. I observed contribution from many members and thats why registered myself here in order to learn from you people and share my little knowledge with you.
    As you observe from my name I am a king, a king of my own little kingdom and passing a contended life here.
    I am serving in Civil Sevices of Pakistan through PCS-Pakhtunkhwa.

    I hope That we will have a great time here InshaAllah.

Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

            @Kakar girl....apparently this kingdom is very small, with four chamber but it can afford million of people...lolzzz.
