The battle code name was: BADAL DA KANDAHAR. Our 21 years old king set for invasion of Persia to avenge their attack on Kandahar and to bring humiliation on the Persian Safavids. Conquering much of Persia he captured Isfahan itself after 6 months of fierce resistence by the Persians. Finally when the king surrendered he was asked to place his crown at the feet of the 21 Years old Mahmud Khan Hotak the new king of Persia. Which the Persian king obeyed.

He was no ordinary guy, so he can't be simply "that Kandahari guy". He was king Mahmud Khan a rare hero that other nations have.

Yes it is true 100%. It is well documented in Afghan history and also in Persian history. I have read something similar in English too. Most of us in Afghansitan know this. Sorry, can't be bother to look for a source for you know. Look around Afghan and Persian sites history sections.

I also hate ANP. ANP is what started all this division.

ANP are the ones who call themselves Afghan, it was due to the corrupted switching sides of the Afghan leadership that led to many pashtuns not finding trustworthy.

ANP always called themselves Afghans. ANP has a lot of bad, but the one thing they did always say publicly (whether lip service or legitimate) was lar au bar yaw Afghan. Every Pashtun in Pakistan has Afghan on their domicile, NIC (I believe) as their nation. Now if a number of pashtuns don't know that, well welcome to state propaganda. I studied in Peshawar, and trust me there is probably 1 page if not less that discusses Pashtuns in Pak studies. In fact even when we are discussing the sikhs in peshawar, they talked about Shah Walliullah (and subsequently blamed the Yousafzais for the losses) rather than talk about Wazir Akbar Khan. BTW everyone who left their home was called and is called mahajir. Ask Maseed and he will tell you the treatment Mianzanee Pashtunkhwa people get in the camps or as IDPs. Or how the others were treated. No doubt there were people in Peshawar who were out of line, but this treatment is not exclusive to Pashtuns from one area.
