Ghazni was under Pashtun rule before the Ghaznavids

During the time of the Kabul Shahi and the Zunbils of Zabulistan there was another dynasty of Ghazni called Loykan. Here is a report from Alama Abdul Hai Habibi.

One problem with many of Abdul Hai Habibi's writings is that he often references himself when he makes a claim about something. This comes off as circular reasoning.

It's like saying "We have evidence this is true because I said so in this other paper I wrote". That's not how scholarly efforts work.
